It is very important to build up your confidence as a model. All models have different and unique looks no one is expected to look the same. The fashion industry changes rapidly and although one look may be great for this season may not be great for the next season. Remain confident in your abilities so you can convince someone else. If you do not believe it no one else will. Models do not always need alot of makeup. Less is more, simple eyeliner, shadow, and a lip gloss is enough to show your natural beauty. Some models overdue it and it becomes dreadful. Be confident enough to rely on your natural beauty and you will make an impression everytime.

There are several points that I think a model should be aware of and cultivate when in front of the camera. Definitely light is one of them, For a model, all you have to do is stand and look at the camera. For dramatic lighting to work, the person in front of the camera must position herself just right. With all of these light setups there is a single main light coming from one direction and you must learn how to use it. If the light is coming from the right you need to work to that direction. You may also find that a certain type or direction of light may make you look better.
